Before you all tell me to talk to a lawyer, if this is not flawed on the surface or illegal, I intend to do that next.Some of the reasons why we are thinking about this is that my father is elderly, but still in good health.

She was very stressed out about her situation which included divorcing a husband with mental health issues.

It could be related to school enrollment or something.

I didn't read your full post, but I just wanted to throw out the info I had in relation to churches and doing deals.

No idea if that would work or what the interest would be, but it springs to mind since $19k is a relatively small sum.

It was implied at the workshop that this information would be specific to the Canadian market. however most of the material I have purchased is related to the US market.
