FHA Loan for 2 4 Flats
Hello Bigger Pockets Community - I have a question regarding the relation of the sale of 2 separate 4 flats being sold at once. I understand that with a typical FHA loan, only up to a 4 Br can be purchased though in this posting it says two building are "included in a package". I assume this may mean that I would be unable to receive the loan but I wanted to gather the opinions of the BiggerPockets community. Thanks!
