A property manager will have to add your apartment to their account, or you can give them your username and password so they can monitor the bookings and bill you for their PM fee.

its appears Morris monitors these posts and the squeaky wheel will usually get the grease based on others that have aired their issues.the bottom line though   to  state "4 walls and a roof and its just numbers" is in my opinion and 40 years experience about as ridiculous a statement as can be made.  

I am not sure if they really monitor it a ton.

If I reply to a topic hoping to join the conversation, I want to be able to click on "monitor topic" or "notify when a reply is posted".

The ones who have been shut down (and their management arrested) were those who, sadly, cram four elderly in a bedroom, paid "nursing" personnel $10 a hour to monitor them and, in one sad case, gave an elderly woman in a wheelchair her shower by rolling her out into the back yard and spraying her down with the garden hose.If I were to consider renting a property to be used as an assisted living facility I would only do so if their contract was with a VA Medical Center. 

Now monitoring it is a different story...

The amount of time it takes someone to learn how to properly do SEO on their own, therefore "no cost", and then to actually do the SEO and then continue to monitor and improve SEO doesn't seem to return enough added value to overcome just paying someone to do that for them.

@Matthew Keeney I would talk to a few of the people who are 'plan providers' that will chime in here (some of them monitor from their work emails so might not chime in until Monday or so).

You can't expect the realtor to monitor the MLS drip he/she sends to your email.
