who's touring you around NWI?

I'd definitely like to meet face to face with the turnkey provider and see inventory up close and personal.Daniel, depending on the area you select, it would likely be advantageous if you met and toured with more than one provider on your visit.  

You might also take Google Earth tour of the property to find any defects from the air.

2) script for when I get them on phone for first time (know I need what price theyre trying to make, what issues there are with the property - need a due diligence checklist of some sort so I can begin to run numbers, but I don't know all of the info that I will need from that call)3) need a script or at least of info that I need to collect when making an in person visit/tour. also, need a checklist of what to look for when im estimating repairs.thanks for any help. im trying to put this together myself but if there is precedent info that would be tiiiight

On the bigger buildings sometimes they do a tour or two right when they list where you get to see some of the units.

The family sold it on line, there were thousands of them for sale at the time, for $1.00 just to unload the maintenance fees.When I get board at a resort I some times take their time share tour/sales pitch just to mess with them.

If the seller is there during the tour, it might be an opportunity to at least feel the person out, but I wouldn't start negotiating financing on the spot unless the seller brings it up first.

Prices have crept up here over the last year but those deals can still be found in old Glen Allen, Dumbarton, and several other neighborhoods within a 15 minute drive to UR. 

I’m just coming back from our amazing two-day Investment & Properrty Tour in Memphis. 

Cost/time being the consideration.Also, do you typically personally tour every unit?
