@Dominic Arnone, the $624 I noted in that article was the total desk fees for the first year - $52 a month.

This is one of my favorite features of Bigger Pockets especially for asking specific questions.

People responded to these features and that excites me.

Obviously pools can be a big feature in warm climates but if you are buying properties I would lean toward ones without the increased risk.
