I just joined BiggerPockets to get some new ideas on real estate investing. I have been in residential buy and hold investing for about 25 years and would really like to move into more rapid turn-over of residential properties (flipping) in Austin Texas. I'm willing to partially fund it and be involved in the project management and light construction.
