What are your thoughts on the entire situation given what you know, and what more do you need for clarity?

Just to add some clarity here, the down payment is based on the number of apartments in a property.

I think I got a good idea about the note business concept... but not the implementation process yet.I did watch most of Edie Speed videos from note school ... but I got stuck when I found out that I must pay $$$$$ to be part of the note school.I did flip over 100 properties a year for the last 7-8 years...

Save that money, book yourself a really nice 5 star hotel room for 5 days, spend 3 of those days committing to waking up every morning and spending 10 hours reading and watching free youtube videos on real estate investing.
