I would definitely be interested in hearing more about the meet up you're organizing in September.

I really like that they have their listings visible and well-organized on their website, as not all turnkey providers do unfortunately.

You will get more deals because you follow up with sellers and you will show them that you are organized and fully capable of handling their situation or property.

The stock was doing o.k. but when OPEC (Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries) decided to flood the world with oil in order to put the oil fracking companies in the U.S. out of business, this was clearly something no one expected and caused all energy stocks to tumble.
