Hi everyone. 

I just started looking into real estate investing and came across the Bigger Pockets podcast a couple of weeks ago. What an amazing organization. 

My wife and I are looking to start off purchasing a home to rent out. We are in Northern Nassau County which, unfortunately, is way expensive. 

Any advice would be great.
