You have actually inspired me to create future projects of my own via the internet and the future success of that will all be thanks to you.Jon, you're firm but fair moderation of the forum is most certainly appreciated, I know that you're hard at work deleting and editing posts to help keep this forum spam free and content filled and its thankless work but you still manage to find time among your every day investing life to do so and you deserve recognition for that my friend.

If you paid someone to type or print them, there was a business transaction involved and that person may have a vocation in printing or editing and their participation may invoke a profession being involved.

It is literally edit them in Microsoft Word, submit them with payment to the county clerk, and the eviction happens in a few weeks barring the tenant fighting it - which they seldom do if they know they aren't paying (they know they are in the wrong).  

As a strong calculator user, I want to be able to jump into edit on any page, make one change, and then calculate, so that I can produce the results faster.
