Regardless of whether I keep or wholesale,  Do you just say, "oh that's not my problem" or is helping the people who aren't great planners apart of the wholesaling/flipping game when doing direct mailings?

Here’s my issue: he says he wants the profit of anything I make on the deal if it’s anything over $25k so that he has “skin in the game”.

I saw a beautiful house on an online auction sight in Union City that was on a street of circa 2006 higher priced custom built homes.
