Many not so nice operators were talking non RE professionals doctors dentist etc to buy these then doing LLC's and most of those got audited and thrown out ( if in deed they got audited) I bought 2 mil worth of rentals in Madison MS and took the 1 mil write off over 24 month buying spree..

So I build historic exteriors with all the details but interiors with the things modern builders want.I have flipped a lot of homes as well and when you buy a property to flip you never know what you are going to uncover or run into as far as issues.

Question 1 intended to uncover any attachment to the house.Question 2 should get her thinking about some of the nasty things that happen to houses either by weather, neglect or vandals and squatters.Question 3 is intended to reach into the depths of her mind to reveal her thoughts about the future plans for the property and if it's a burden, etc.
