Question about Absentee Owner
I found an abandoned home and after doing some research at the tax assessor's office, I found out the owner lives out of state. I mailed a letter saying I was an investor and was interested in doing an inspection and making an offer on her home. I never got a response so now I'm thinking of calling the owner. What's the best way to go about this phone conversation?
