Ive been finding properties on various internet sites and analyzing their cash flow possibilites (along with finding my "deal making offer / numbers") as often as I can while working my day job and I have noticed that Baltimore is a strange market, from what little I have learned so far.

Hmm I am getting different responses on that and I searched the forums and I think I am still not clear.It seems strange that even if you are not on the mortgage, the property is counted against you.

The building is concrete block and previous owners built on the side of it another "Wooden frame" store front which is "attached".Each unit is being rented out under market value, and decent condition.The property does not have a CO (calling town this week) but is in working condition and fully rented out. which is strange?
