If I did hear from the HOA, I would just say it is my sister.  

I looked up his charge and my sister, the probation officer, said, “he plead it down.”

I have a sister-in-law who lives in Springboro so we go up there from time to time.

Luckily I think the only contractor complaint was from the adult sister of a neighbor, once, lol.

She has a younger sister, so I know legally she would be entitled to half the proceeds of the property if sold, we are both aware of that much. 

She essentially lives paycheck to paycheck.My brother and sister both want to sell the property and get my mother into a smaller house because they feel like the property is a money pit and not worth keeping.I think this would be a perfect opportunity to start my career in real estate.

Long story short, I'm renting it out to my sister now for only 200/mo just to pay my expenses on it and I'm looking for a new investment property to buy so I've been looking into house hacking or a live-in flip. 

He had 2 brothers and 1 sister, no spouse.

My sister is trying to help us and had put our names on her mortgage loan.
