Who is the owner of this house in Utah?

I've found a great deal here in Utah but I need to know who to contact. The home has been abandoned for 3 years and taxes haven't been paid in just as long.

Looking at the tax records, it was owned free and clear by one guy. This guy happened to die three years ago. He had 2 brothers and 1 sister, no spouse. He also had one son who just died this year. (That son has 2 daughters)

The question is here in Utah, when a person dies, I believe it first would go to children if no spouse exists.

Since his only son has died, does the property go to the daughters or does it go to the first man's 2 brothers and sister?

Thank you!

@Jason Johnson send a letter to every single contact to that property attorney siblings blood brothers alike. Then skip trace those people and call them on the phone. Then Facebook stalk these people and make sure they know you want to buy that house. People respond differently to different kinds of communication. If you want it go get it!
