I have made a really raw proof of concept and i was looking for other interesting tips to invest which i could automate somehow.So, what would be for you the main things to look about the area in which is going to be your next property?

I've got a raw land subdivision that I'm selling lots out of that I hope to deploy on the park.

And they're specifically talking about the raw land, starting the article with "If you own any vacant land for investment." 

It may be a bit self-serving of me to recommend to you raw land and development because I am a contractor and would want to build for you but Miami being a major tier 1 city, there is a lot of competition for single family homes because it’s the easiest niche to deal with.

All we do is buy and sell real estate.I still have a LOOONG way to go, but it feels good to share the small wins and maybe encourage anyone who was as raw as I was a few months back.

Can anyone who is actually or currently investing in rural (raw and unimproved) land possibly tell me how or what is the most efficient way to locate tax delinquent property owners of rural land other than going to the municipalities themselves? 

There are multi-use zoning overlays covering hundreds of acres while you can get off a brand new toll road onto a two lane road with raw land all around.It may not be THE BEST market in Florida, I don't pretend to know the entire state.  

What kinds of challenges can I expect once receiving MF zoning for some raw land on busy strip in developing a 32 unit or so garden apartment complex?  

I would love to hear others people experience with purchasing raw land.
