looking to learn, willing to work

Gareth Tomlinson

Hi BP community!

I have been looking to break into RE and have spent the past couple of months studying, networking, touring properties, meeting with investors, realtors etc.

Like many others, the current pandemic has eliminated much of my day-to-day work. However, I am fortunate enough to still be getting paid.

I would really like to use my spare time to "internship" for someone in some capacity and develop some news skills through real hands on experience. Prospecting effectively, deal analysis, and financing deals are just some of the areas I have a strong interest in.

Quick background on myself; 32 years old, originally from Manchester, England. Moved to US at 19 to player soccer in college. Masters degree in Business Management with Leadership emphasis. Career experience has mostly been in sales and business development.

Please feel free to respond to this thread or message me privately.

Best,

Gareth

@Gareth Tomlinson Welcome. Although I work in biopharmaceuticals and do RE as a fun personal thing on the side, I'll be doing some low 7-figure multi family deals in the near future. What area of the US are you in? I could benefit from some NPV models and can find a way to get you involved to build your track record. Feel free to DM me.
