I had only one of my 15 callers talk down to me..a fellow investor... but I couldn't understand her from the beginning so her insults missed the mark.Not sure if this helps anyone but I am willing to answer questions, give more info, and if anything just let you know the letters get the phone ringing...and in my case it wasn't nearly as intimidating as I had thought it would be...maybe your own fears are greater than reality as well.

I haven't used bandit signs before so i'm not quite sure how many calls 50 or 100 bandit signs will yield.I think having a higher response rates (though less quality caller) is great when first starting out because you gain some valueable experience talking to leads and learn to control the conversation faster.Some ways to cut costs for marketing is do it yourself.

My meetings have been arraigned by the caller and my participation has been passive - to listen and ask questions for clarification with no implication of commitment.

From sending 150 letters and using this method, I've had a response rate of 8.67% (13/150) and a possible deal rate of 2% *read 'Update 3' for more details on my callers and numbers.Results & Findings.

A no call list seems to be the right of privacy issue, shouldn't have to rely on caller ID to screen calls from unwanted conversations or contacts, IMO.

I have had another caller tell me that the person that had been deceased only rented the property and did not own it.
