My first angry call back

I had my first angry call this morning from a mailing I did. I know I should expect them from time to time, and it's not a big deal, but I did learn something. If I want to learn how to swear, peal the paint off the walls kind of swearing, I need to learn Russian.

Those are my favorite. You have to save those in your voice mail so when you're feeling down, or need some motivation, you can always reference the anger. Nothing says "you can do this" like an angry New Zealander telling you you're a terrible Realtor (That you've never talked to before) and using curse words as commas.
