Some will argue that Westminster is friendly as well, but really they just don't have any regulations, so they could outlaw them or regulate them any day now.If you want to venture out of Denver Metro and move into the foothills there are some solid mountain towns (Conifer, Evergreen...etc) that do very well for clients.
