Denver STR hosting/management
Hello,
I am an investor looking at purchasing a property in the Denver Colorado market within the next few months. Would like to connect with someone interested in managing or co-hosting. Also, looking to connect with someone to find the best STR friendly areas with maximum revenue potential.
Thanks in advance,
Trent B

You can read the details of Arvada's Airbnb law here. And here's more info on Wheat Ridge's STR law.
But there are two other Denver-area municipalities that either just passed or are about to pass a law to allow short-term rentals in investment properties: Adams County and Centennial. (Read more here.)
I agree with what Ben said above about knowing your goals first and getting with an agent that follows these laws from the source, not just reads them on these forums.
But to your direct question about Airbnb management ... you can find anyone from a big national brand (Evolve or Vacasa) to the regional people in Denver (Effortless Rental is the big one here) to small mom and pop shops. I would avoid the national brands. Even the regional brands ... meh. I just haven't seen a company yet that amasses 200, 400, whatever properties and still manages them well.
For the first one, I'd self manage like this client of mine who's killing it with his Airbnb property in Wheat Ridge just outside of Denver. You'll learn so much by doing it yourself. If you really don't want to manage then find a small shop that just started out. They're hungry and will do a good job. I have a client who bought an Airbnb investment in Littleton and used someone who was just managing their property and a few others.
Good luck in your adventure!
