If you flood and have flood insurance they would cover collapsed foundation (personal experience) and some appliances/mechanicals but contents would be minimal coverage. 

History Proves that great civilizations collapse when the gap between the haves and have-nots is too great.

I'm concerned that the continuing lunging of the dog at the fence may collapse the already worn fence.

Generally the intent of that would be for actual fire or major flooding, roof or floor collapse, or similar dramatic incident.Turnovers are a separate issue, and we always coordinate closely with the Owner depending on the level of work needed.

The reason for the question, is that after the Surfside collapse, the county is being extremely strict with 40 year recertifications.

And as I HEAR all the various roar of media galore, I am left with the exact same feeling when looking for this "Crash/Collapse" in Real Estate I have kept hearing about for more then 2 years now; "WHERE'S THE BEEF?". 

Most recently, the garage collapsed and someone did come clean it up, but there is no way someone lives there.

I knew that rates were at a historically low level and if the U.S. economy wasn't going to collapse, that a loan in 2020 would be more proportionally valuable as time went on and rates bounced back.
