There was a 1950s mid-century modern there.

Lead is in apartments, several layers deep, as there is in any building built around the turn of the century  What is frustrating is that I had children living in this apartment for years, and never had any lead poisoning. 

I really wanted to have a mid century pool home and my budget only stretches to it outside Palm Springs itself...

But the memo didn’t make it clear whether the landlord can discriminate based on gender.In the 21st Century, there were bunch of lawsuits on the above issue.

Do you only go for newer properties or you have a good exit strategy for these century old buildings?

However, there are investors here on BP that have spent a half century (or close to it) focusing on nothing but RE, building a RE empire and have an incredible amount of knowledge that's impossible for a 20 or 30 year old to amass.
