Hello everyone,

I have been looking around the Cleveland area and am finding some intriguing prospects in Old Brooklyn Cleveland, the housing prices are much more affordable. Can anyone shed some light on the area? I know some areas are rough (More north towards zoo) but not sure if anyone has other thoughts. Please let me know anything opinions facts, or theories

@Ken Virzi I remember when Ohio City was D class and yes, they were selling for under 30k.

@Mike M. 60 days ago I bought this SFH for 42k in Old Brooklyn.. I put 12k into it the reno and just rented it for $1050! I had almost 50 inquiries about thIS rental and had more than a dozen quality applicants by the end of the 1st open house. Old Brooklyn is HOT!
