When the crash hit in 2007-10 we had interests spread across Europe, Asia and USA.

In Asia, buildings are actually built with bamboo tied together as the scaffolding, since it is extremely flexible and strong.

In Asia or Chinese culture, people do care a lot to live in a new house rather than a SECOND HAND house; in other words, the 2nd hand will depreciate a lot like a car once people lived in for awhile.

I don't know how long he has lived in Asia, but may have avoided all other financial responsibility, though probably would have lost the other 80% for non-payment of support. 

One of my tenants is Asian and grew up in Asia.

I could always use miles, but I rather save that for trips to asia.
