Start up capital for a first timer?

Lee Melvin
Posted

Hey BP nation!

Looking to get into the REI game in the very near future. Was wondering how much start up capital is recommended to have for a small scale first time flip?

I will be going to work in Asia this year where I can save about 12-15k a yr. Was thinking of staying over there for a 2-5 yrs to save up a decent amount to use to begin my rehabbing career.

How how much money would be yall recommend a first timer have when starting out?

Also what is the best/safest way to finance your first deal?
