If you're looking to evaluate short term rentals I highly recommend using pricelabs market dashboards, STR insights, and/or AirDNA.

Been scouring the MLS and @Avery Carl and @Derek Tellier STS customized dashboard for my wife and I, and we are still stunned at the prices of the 2/2, 3/2, and 3/3 cabins!

Then, when you see something you really like, you can look at comps on AirBNB, and if you're really interested you can create a PriceLabs dashboard to get more intel about nightly rent, occupancy trends, etc.
