Marketing tools for flips
I'm curious if anyone has used the flipster software? I'm looking into it and it seems reasonable at $97 a month. I just listed my second flip here in San Diego. I'm seeing what tools other flippers are utilizing to find deals all throughout the US? I got my last one from mailers, but want to scale and trying to see the best way to do so. I have the money to reinvest back into marketing and I think putting some back into the mailers I used to find my last one would be good source. What has worked personally for you to find your last deal?
