hey BP people, Just wondering if anyone is using www.beyondpricing.com for analytics and if so how does it hold up against airdna? Thanks for any opinions

Beyond is a great dynamic pricing software, however their user pricing is booking % based. Whereas PriceLabs is a fixed rate per property at $19.99 for the first and as you accumulate properties the price per listing decreases. If you have a single property and gross over $2,000 per month, its cost advantageous to use PL for dynamic pricing. Tip - Map your VRBO listing for same properties thru your AirBnb listing in PL for only an additional $1.00.

@Andrew Steffens If you have 50+ properties, what does Revmax provide for you that made you switch? Do you prefer a specific PMS as well, over another?

Sane ideas, different pricing structures

Price labs charges based on a fixed price per property.

Beyond and wheelhouse charge as a percentage of bookings

I'd recommend trying all out and deciding what works best you based on usability and options

Wheel house I've found to have the most options but at cost of complexity.

I use it on our 50+ listings.  It is solid, but not quite set it and forget it.  You will need to keep up with it for best results.  We are currently switching to RevMax, mostly due to price and not quality of product.

Did you mean to say Beyond PRicing for analytics?  Mainly familar w/ it as a pricing tool.  Have they added that?  Either way, Pricelabs is a good choice.  For pricing, they are my favorite.  And the market dashboard is good for comparing properties.

We are switching mainly because of price.  RevMax is charging us a reasonable per unit price versus 1% of revenue, which can frequently be $5,000 a month.

I use price labs and it's been everything we need. We keep an eye on our calendar and still manually adjust some pricing based on occupancy rates and our goals, but most of these tools do similar things, just depends what you like better.
