I don’t think he’s on BiggerPockets, but I know he’s pretty big on Instagram and starting out on YouTube.

-Start a blog, put out valuable content, and build an audience on Biggerpockets, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

Then, find your contractor team who has experience with REI; especially if you're wanting to start with a property with light repairs/renovation - then you'll need to know what products/materials you'll need to incorporate in order to reach your projected ending ARV.Another point that may be helpful - use your social media resources, like facebook, instagram, etc. 

You will put a piece of FB code on your website, and anyone who visits your site will then be targeted to see your ad when they return to FaceBook and/or InstaGram.

Create a business profile on Facebook and Instagram that you wouldn't mind using to connect to wholesellers, realtors, and to make other connections associated with REI.Markets all over the country have specific groups on Facebook for their area that allows them to connect and provide their information to get on buyers list & connect to realtors familiar with investment opportunities in the area (hopefully they've got some leads on contractors too) Groups for example: "Out-Of-State Investors (insert city)" or "Real Estate Investing (insert city)"Start there to get some leads and to see what other flks are posting and what their takes are on that particular market you're most interested in.

Also look up local REIA meetings, meetups, stalk instagram and facebook to find people in your area.The one warning is be cognizant of their time.
