I am looking to purchase a 2-4 unit in San Diego. I am considering properties south of the 56 and north of the 54. I will be using the VA loan. With a debt to income ratio of 0.56 I can afford a mortgage payment of 4480. I have been told by a lender that they will let me use 75% of the rental income. Ideally I would like to be moved in by mid-late april.
