Hi, I am starting to look into Bridgeport houses and was wondering if anyone had some good demographics on neighborhoods and area's within Bridgeport. 

I'd like to get some demographic growth (or loss) data on the population, aging, etc.

For instance, I've gone to the Clarke Square Landlord Meetup run by a non-profit and learned a lot about the demographics of that neighborhood that I didn't know.

The thing is, as the younger demographic (20's and 30's) ages, and we have so many friends who have tattoos, it's not going to be so unusual for us.
