Absentee Owners list- Pierce County, Washington

Hello BP family!

I am new to wholesaling and I need some advise. I reside in Pierce County, Washington and I am trying to get a hold of the County Appraisers Office in order to obtain a filtered list of absentee owners. I understand there may be a cost associated with this however, I don't know which department to reach out to and I do not know if my county even offers this service.

Does anyone have any experience with this demographic? Thanks!

Reach out to a Title office such as First American or Stewart Title. They can get you a list in a particular county or zip code for absentee owners.
