There is no special form to fill out each year when renewing the fee.Paying the annual mailing fee gives you permission to mail a certain class of mail from a certain postal facility for 365 days.

They wouldn’t need them built in if a person couldnt in fact assign without permission...Not sure we do many things different in California...As for the seller financing as long as the seller doesn’t include a DOSC then the result is nearly the same.

to sell it to Buyer C and is paid by C (so then B can pay back whoever lent them the money to pay A to obtain Title).The only reason I brought up that in relation to Assignable Contracts is that there are lots of Forum threads about Wholesalers having great difficulty in many States getting permission to Assign Contracts, but NEVER having difficulty buying the property and taking Title - THEN Selling again straight away (ie. double closing)...

Good Morning Alan.As a guy who owns a phone company which can send VoiceBlasts, RVMs, Emails, SMS and MMS messages we should all be aware that sending SMS and MMS, either Longcode or shortcode, without the expressed permission of the recipient is a violation of the  law.
