Traffic is light, and for the most part people that work weekends will be at work and people that are off/don't work will still be in bed/inside. 

As far as returns, are you willing to do any light rehab (carpets, paint) to get a discount to get those returns you're looking for? 

Skylights are an easy addition to my renovations; they provide plenty of natural light (i.e. kitchens, bathrooms).

As I haven't invested out of state before, was hoping to shed some light on how to go on about doing so in terms of getting a loan started. 

I tend to see stolen light bulbs, smoke detectors, hydraulic door closers (yes), shower curtains and shower curtain rods, toilet paper spindles, medicine cabinet glass/wood shelves, window blinds, they also tend to break ceiling fans.

My wife feels pretty strongly that I’m crazy and that the job should be finished, probably with some light gray paint.
