Skylights?
I grew up doing construction, I know enjoy doing it along with what I've learned in real estate investment. Skylights are an easy addition to my renovations; they provide plenty of natural light (i.e. kitchens, bathrooms). However, I don't seem to see many of them in our market.
I just wanted to float the question to all the Nashville renovation investors out there... do you guys use them or like them? How do your buyers/consumers like them, if so?
