Also the reason that rents don't pop up on Zillow is probably because it is a small town, and people may not think of it to be an effective way to advertise here (when I was looking for places here, I checked the grocery store information pin up board, news paper and word of mouth, it didn't even occur to me to check online, however, when I lived in Madison, the first place I looked was online, kind of interesting to look back at, the type of resources I used, was subconsciously correlated with where I was looking), or they just are not up to speed with technology!

And honestly I learned you never know I had people hand up ASAP others we would talk and I would just follow up and then I'll have a contract but this is not for everybody though.I sometimes blame society due to this wonderful technological advancements we have people don't talk over the phone or most people my age group find cold calling the scariest thing ever!
