Hi all.  My name is Dale Wilkes and I live in Issaquah, Washington.  I've spent the last 25 years in the technology sector and am ready to make a change and dive into the real estate market.  I'm interested in learning how to flip house as well as buy and hold for rental properties to help generate positive cash flow.  Looking forward to learning from all of you and contributing where I can.
