Angie W, I did the same as you for your retail biz, I registered a fictitious d/b/a name for my business, such as "abc Realty Services Company" & that's what I use and have it addressed to another property that I had my Drivers license at.

When I purchased my first investment i lost a lot of money the first few months but have to come to realty that this is part of the game.

Everything was disclosed fully, I really don't think it would have mattered either way because he would have ended up paying commission to the agent anyway.As to being a sham buyer, you are entitled to your opinion, however my agent, with a large national realty company, his broker and an attorney were all consulted, informed and know exactly what my intentions were.

Most people read these success stores but if its not part of your realty you will never achieve such success, as Robert Kiyosaki said money don't make you rich its your desire and mindset.
