I own a few properties at this time and have had several over the years, but I only wished that I knew about BP back then.  I appreciate all the information available on this site.  My wife and I have been re-energized by BP and I am currently looking at several properties including a multi family.  I would like to connect with others, (possibly partner with) that may be interested in working together in this area.  I especially need advice on the multifamily/ small apartment properties.  I have years of business and military experience and would like to help others as well.
