Getting started in Augusta, GA

Hi everyone!

I've been a lurker on the site for some time but finally decided to sign up and join the community. I've read through some of the guides on the site and listen to the podcast frequently. I bought The Book on Flipping Houses and The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs earlier this year and am looking to complete my first flip this year.

I live in Augusta, GA and bought my first rental property last year. Currently working in human resources 50+ hours weekly but looking to buy more rental properties and start flipping to replace my income. I'm also working towards my Georgia real estate license.

My first deal was actually a tax lien property that I sold a few years ago. I'm also starting to get back into tax liens and bought three liens last year.

I am eager to build and expand my business to 50+ rental units.
