Provided, of course, that the landlord isn’t discriminating based on any protected classification (i.e. race, religion, gender, etc).However, some individual cities (like Seattle for example) have passed ordinances that require landlords to use a “first come, first served” type of system and basically accept the first qualified applicant that applied.

Once done, refi out but DO NOT FORGET the option if the house is already in rent ready condition or minor repairs you don't mind coming out of pocket for and want your long term loan setup quicker...use Transactional Lending for a double close and you're off to the races adding another property to your portfolio. :)

If so charge a fee to enter the hunting preserve.Plant trees along the shores and down some in the water to make fish hiding spots for anglers.Sponsor drag-boat races once a month.Rental pedal boats, call it courtship lake and have a wedding venue for rent with a view of the lake.Sell it to the YMCA to use as a summer swimming camp.If you own the land adjacent, build on that.Easier fish to fry than this project.Just my 2 cents...

Well… I don’t know where to begin because, I don’t know what I don’t know.Married, Father of 6, ready to make changes to my thinking and jump into real estate to get out of the month-to-month paycheck-to-paycheck rat race to create margin and generational wealth for my family.Half way through 2 of Brandon’s books right now, and, with that said, I don’t even really know where to begin because of the vast options.Any thoughts or advice??
