Good Evening Bigger Pockets Community!

My name is Michael Whitaker, and I am here to introduce myself and hopefully network with some like-minded folks. I am a HVAC Maintenace Technician in the DFW area, and I am looking to purchase my first house-hack in 2024. This purchase will be made with my son's mother. We are both Navy Veterans, and we want to use the VA Home Loan to buy a triplex or quadplex. Our "Why" is creating generational wealth and escaping the "Rat Race". I want my Children to have financial security and be able to follow their passions in life. If anyone would like to network in the area that would be amazing.
