Class A membership is the managing membership, of which I own 100% (I do all of the legwork for the group of investors).

There is a membership fee though, and you cannot search by address - you can search by subdivision though, which is helpful.

The purchase of a membership interest in a multiple member LLC or a partnership interest in a general partnership or a limited partnership or shares of stock in a corporation would be considered a purchase of a "personal property" interest (non-real-property) and would not be considered to be "Like-Kind Property" for 1031 Exchange treatment. 

Giving free membership into his virtual boot camps in hopes that you invest with him only to take your money is a crime.

If you open a LLC, make sure your membership interests in the LLC are held through your trust.
