Clever Investor Mentoring Program

Hey BP, I've been researching Codys mentoring program quite vigorously. To give some background, I signed up for the 30 day Real estate Mogal Elite membership trial for $97 instead of the original price of $197. Through this program I was receiving weekly calls from a clever investor consultant. He sent me 2 modules out of his Fast Track Profit system and was really impressed with the material. I became more interest in furthering our mentorship program and I was then sent a mentoring application. I went through a few steps and got the final call explaining prices and procedure, I have arrive at a crossroad. I would have to throw down several thousand dollars and I want to know that I'm not throwing my money into a scam. Has anyone had experiences with Clever Investor and it's mentoring program?
