We always advise investors to establish key relationships on the ground before analyzing specific figures and demographics in a deal. 

Has lots of interesting information about demographics, economics, urban planning and growing areas.

If you are looking into investing making sure you understand the demographics in the area as well.

So with that being said, although I feel the Colorado Markets are overpriced, I still think they have more room to grow, but I would keep an eye on demographic trends of people moving to Colorado, what jobs are being created, and how many new units are being built.
