Not everything is a scam.  

Don't waste money on that  attorney who will be happy to write letters for $$$.Get great insurance, make certain the property is to code, vest in living trust it's far far cheaper than these "scams." 

I called the local police and they basically said they can only help victims after they have been scammed out of money.Either way let this be a warning to others.

Hi, I would never say that it is a scam because it might really be an attorney.

Those companies are a scam that prey on stupid people, and the apartment complex just wants you gone rather than deal with this silliness. 

i was looking for a real estate system and found jake bosch's but it seems many believe his is a scam. eitherway it wouldnt work in nyc.

That response from that attorney is not necessairly saying that the contract meets all the rules, regulations and laws pertaining to the deal or that what you are attempting to do will not be viewed as a scam or well accepted.

I obtained an offer on social media after I marketed a property. A individual commented on my post stating he was a private lender and that he is a national private lender and offer me a great really great percentage ...

Mind you, she works in an area which is not prone to scams, buuut.....What do most of you do with your EMD?
