Hi all first post. been poking around the site and it seems very informative. i am getting my RE salesperson license i have owned buildings in nyc in the past and the recent failure of my restaurant has sent me in a different direction. i was looking for a real estate system and found jake bosch's but it seems many believe his is a scam. eitherway it wouldnt work in nyc. are there any good systems that you guys like that is worth buying?
