Wow.  I was on the verge of joining the Freedom Mentorship Program, until I simply asked for a copy of the Contract prior to my submitting my Deposit.

All of a sudden I was, "  we don't really need your $4,000 I have that in your drawer, and we don't send a contract until you enroll, and if you don't call back it won't matter to me...there are plenty of people that want to work with us in Atlanta, and I can move on to the other person."  All because I simply asked for the Contract ?

Im a newbie. Looking for a Mentor to help me be the best Real Estate Investor that I can be.

@Denise Cagle it's sad how these scams are set-up to take advantage of people.  I'm so thankful for the BP site.  It saved my rear from signing up for a similar program.
